I stopped glorifying burnout. Boundaries became non-negotiable. I chose a different way — one rooted in clarity, compassion, and self-respect.

Our work is grounded in deep expertise and real-world experience. Led by Clair — an Integrative9 Accredited Enneagram Practitioner and Executive Business Coach with nearly two decades in team development — we bring a global perspective shaped by South African, British, and Chinese contexts. That breadth means we understand how individuals and teams operate across cultural environments, and what helps them thrive.
Meaningful growth comes from combining insight with action. Grounded in finance, ISO standards, and hands-on leadership, our approach is practical, results-focused, and rooted in the lived experience of leading teams through complex organisational dynamics.

Our philosophy is shaped by experience. Integrity Studio Co. was founded by people who had experienced burnout and recognised the need for a different way of working — one that supports both performance and wellbeing. That insight continues to guide everything we do: helping people build more sustainable, fulfilling ways of working within themselves, with colleagues, and across teams.
Leadership carries responsibility. As leaders and mentors, we are accountable for creating environments that are supportive, collaborative, and adaptable. Clair is deeply committed to this — seeing teams as living systems that can evolve and grow together. As founder and lead coach, Clair brings vision, integrity and deep self-awareness to the work — building the company on the belief that people thrive when they truly understand themselves. Thoughtful, values-led and gently challenging, she creates spaces where individuals and teams uncover blind spots and move forward with clarity, confidence and self-trust.
Operations
Phoebe is the steady heart of our operations — anticipating needs before they arise and creating the structure and care that lets people and processes flourish. Grounded in warmth and quiet dedication, she keeps everything running while building the trust and safety that let the team do its best work.
Finance
Claire keeps our financial foundation rock-solid — anticipating risk, planning ahead, and bringing precision and quiet reliability to everything behind the scenes. Her steadiness protects the long-term sustainability of the business and lets the whole team move forward with confidence and trust.

Robyn is the creative voice behind our social presence, bringing warmth, heart and authenticity to every interaction. With a gift for genuine connection and thoughtful storytelling, she turns our online spaces into a community where people feel seen, inspired and valued.

Kelly powers our digital operations with restless curiosity and an eye for what's possible — turning fresh ideas into working systems and finding faster, smarter ways to do almost everything. Energetic, versatile and quick to experiment, she keeps our tools and online presence moving and evolving.
